Ingredients :

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

3 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make It :

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add remaining oil and garlic. Add shrimp, season lightly, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and juicy shrimp are perfectly cooked. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Broccoli

Add broccoli to the skillet and cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

4️⃣ Make the Sauce

Stir in soy sauce, honey, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to coat the broccoli.

5️⃣ Combine Everything

Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together so the shrimp stir-fry is evenly coated and heated through.

6️⃣ Finish & Serve

Drizzle lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot. This shrimp stir-fry pairs perfectly with rice or on its own.
