Ingredients (Serves 2)

🍣 For the Salmon

• 2 salmon fillets (180–200g each)

• 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

• 1 tbsp butter 🧈

• Salt & black pepper 🧂

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

🥔 For the Potatoes

• 400g baby potatoes 🥔

• 1.5 tbsp olive oil 🫒

• 2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄

• Salt & pepper 🧂

• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿

🌿 For the Asparagus

• 1 bunch asparagus (≈200g, trimmed)

• 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

• Salt & pepper 🧂

🥣 For the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce

• 2 tbsp butter 🧈

• 3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄

• 200 ml heavy cream 🥛

• 50g grated parmesan 🧀

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard

• 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

• 1 tbsp fresh parsley 🌿

• Salt & pepper 🧂
